It helps university students figure out what to do after graduation, and in January 2019 added interview simulations so students can practise with real hiring managers. Students and universities both pay for the service.
What did Jennifer Chan say about being a generalist founder?
That it brings its own imposter syndrome, and the way out is hiring specialists where you cannot catch up — for her, technology — then resisting the generalist's instinct to be involved in everything, which reads to a team as micromanagement.
