I took what was in the founders head and put it on paper and then from there our biggest headache you just looked at what was the biggest time waster.
We bootstrapped that entire market. We didn't have any meetings, no one wanted to meet with us. Fast forward a year later, I did 90 meetings in three days, seven months pregnant.
