We make a lot of assumptions. We assume that the most productive way for you to work is this way, the way these people work, and we neglect the opportunity to ask you what works for you specifically.
Asking people what they want is actually a really cost-effective solution.

Who is Jonas Eyford?
A chiropractor and founder of workplace-wellness companies. He started Fjord Wellness, which brought on-site recharge stations into offices, and now runs Recharge Wellness and Recharge EAP, based in Calgary.

On the HealthTO stage in November 2017, he argued that a healthy workplace is mostly cheap: give people flexibility to move, break the day into short intense work bursts, and ask each person what they actually want instead of buying blanket perks.
