Yes. A New Ventures BC competition spotlight published August 26, 2017 names "startup founders Jordan Brighton (CEO) and Lee Brighton (COO)" of Virtro Entertainment. A CatsandVR interview published November 9, 2017 calls Lee and Jordan Brighton the female founding duo behind the company.
What is her role at Virtro?
Techcouver quoted her as Virtro's chief executive officer in an article published October 27, 2020. A Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub profile published March 27, 2023 describes her as founder, CEO and CTO of Virtro Technology and says the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade gave her its Business Reinvention Award in 2021. Virtro's own site did not load when checked September 24, 2026, so her current title is not confirmed.
What did she do before Virtro?
In the CatsandVR interview published November 9, 2017, she said the pair built one of the first content management systems in Australia, were an early application service provider, and ran an animation and television production business before landing in Vancouver. The 2023 WEKH profile credits her with more than 20 years in VR, web development, marketing and video game production.
