Did Justin Mills co-found Halp?
Yes. BetaKit's October 5, 2022 report on Halp's seed round says the company was "Founded in 2019 by McLellan, COO Marc Fielding, and Justin Mills". Goodmans Tech, in a post dated October 27, 2022, also names Mills as one of the three founders. Neither page gives him a title beyond co-founder.
