In their words
basically we provide inhome Healthcare appointments so you know if you woke up one day and you had a back ache or neck ache and you needed to see a physiotherapist
I started off as a dentist and Johannesburg in South Africa a purely clinical role I went to medical school I worked on a dental practice for many years
we had to change we had to Pivot I hate that word pivot but it's what we had to do
you have to be an eternal optimist as an entrepreneur you're gonna have days where you feel amazing and you have customers and you have great feedback and then you're gonna have days where the take fails and you're wondering why you ever did this
nothing is as simple as it seems when you're starting a business or starting a tape platform just do the research ask a lot of questions speak to as many people as you can
at some point the research and the planning has to end and you just have to get going

A Toronto company that books registered practitioners into a patient's home, office or hospital room rather than a clinic, covering massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropody, occupational therapy, dietetics and more, largely billed to private insurance.
What did Karen Klein do before founding it?
She practised as a dentist in Johannesburg, South Africa, then moved to Canada and took an MBA at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, expecting to become a healthcare consultant rather than a founder.
