Companies that help people operate their businesses more efficiently, or help them operate in their consumer lives more efficiently — those are the places where people are going to want to transact and execute financial services. Not necessarily at a traditional bank.
I started calling around to some of his customers, and they started telling me how amazing this guy is. Product's not perfect, but he listens, he's incorporating our feedback, and we really believe this is going to be an incredible product.
