It's almost like building a boat and trying to sink-proof it after. It's obvious that you need to design your boat to be sink-proof from day one — you need to design your software to be secure from day one.
Regulations are not the high-water mark. In fact regulations are the bare minimum you need to do to be able to sell your product.
Our bet was that physicians have very tight communities and they're very influential in their organizations. If you build a product that physicians love, they will start talking about Tali to their colleagues and they will bring more physicians, and we can build from the bottom to top.
Clinicians lose 10 to 15 hours of their time per week on documentation and administrative tasks. It's not just the time, it's the frustration of the mundane and repetitive task they need to deal with after each patient visit.
Close to 20% of our new physicians coming to us are telling us that they heard about Tali from another physician.
