You got to find the right partner — and this is probably the single most important step of the process. Someone that's not exactly like you, but complements you; someone you get along with, someone you trust, and someone that's going to have your back.
Invest in your people. Don't be afraid that they're gonna leave — that is a very narrow-minded point of view. Invest in the people and they will retain.
Raising a startup is filled with uncertainty. Every stage brings new challenges and it never gets easier. You kind of have to embrace it — it is normal.
