Really the backbone of this is two things. One is compliance — we have an engine that works with securities regulation around crowdfunding, accredited and non-accredited investors.

Quick answers

What is Reitium?

A Vancouver platform for fractional real estate investment. It lets people compliantly buy a portion of an income-generating property, collect rental income monthly, and sell that portion back on a secondary market.

Why does Reitium care so much about compliance?

Because private-placement limits differ by jurisdiction. Moll demoed a rules engine that reads your country — and in Canada your province — and only permits trades you are allowed to make.
