It is incredibly important to be a coachable individual. If I can find somebody that's a million times better at something than I am, that is the person that I want to somehow bring into my orbit.

A Vancouver marketing and community-building leader. She is head of marketing and communications at entrepreneurship@UBC and an entrepreneur in residence there, coaching ventures on brand marketing and go-to-market.
