Quick answers

What is Orbits?

An AI household assistant that handles calendars, tasks, grocery lists and home maintenance — a home manager for people who cannot afford a six-figure one. Nomaan Ahmed co-founded it with Erik Tillberg.

How did Orbits find its idea?

It started as personal finance software. Dozens of customer interviews showed nobody cared: the money mess was a symptom of the mental load of running a household. That was the problem they moved to.

What is his framework for startup ideas?

Ideate then validate. Start from something with strong precedence, challenge its constraints, make it cheaper, better or more accessible — then find the riskiest assumption and kill it before writing code.
