Product market fit is not a static concept. It's not a place that you reach and then you're set forever. It is evolving, and as the underlying market conditions changed we went back and said: does this product still make sense?
Myself and my other co-founder Kapil, who's our chief customer officer — we said let's lead from the front, and we just hopped on a plane and didn't look back. We had about 150, 170 flights that year. The next year it increased to 200 flights.
You can't create the tailwinds. What you can do is find them, and then build solutions that solve problems with those macro tailwinds. It's more like surfing than creating waves.
