Parth Khanna, Kapil Kalra and Kumar Erramilli met as roommates at the University of Waterloo and started ACTO in 2014. The platform trains and certifies the field teams that promote drugs and devices, a job that is heavily regulated and traditionally run on classroom sessions and binders.
