I always tell people that you want to surround yourself with the right people. There's a reason why the three of us started the company: all three of us are kind of different shapes and sizes, meaning we all have a different specific area of specialty.
You have to be five times, ten times better than the incumbent, and that's where we're at.
When I heard about this opportunity, for some reason I got excited. I was still young. I'll jump into it. If it fails, it fails. But actually it worked out.
