I spent about 10 years in finance, ended with a stint on Wall Street. I got recruited down to New York City and had a more formal training issuing bonds, and it's exactly as interesting as it sounds. But it wasn't for me.
I went because I was sick of the Wall Street model and I wanted to do something that had an impact.
When I come back I want to turn this company into something that we're really proud of, something that's values-based.
