The most recent primary reporting located is BetaKit, May 8, 2020, which said Lake personally led the first close of RiSC Capital's early-stage deep-tech fund and quoted him on the need for experienced deep-tech investors in Canada. Aggregator sites list him at a firm called Hello Ventures, but no primary page confirmed that role.

Is Scott Lake still involved with Shopify?
