A co-founder of Nudge.ai and of Eloqua. BetaKit's June 2016 seed-round story names him as a Nudge co-founder, and BetaKit's May 2020 story says he was co-founder and CTO of Nudge.AI and, before that, co-founded Eloqua with Paul Teshima and served as its CTO for 14 years.
What happened to Nudge.ai?
BetaKit reported in March 2020 that the company shut down in mid-January 2020 after struggling to raise capital, then sold its technology, IP and most of its engineering team to Affinity less than two months later. Woods and Teshima were set to join Affinity as advisers.
What did Steve Woods do after Nudge.ai?
BetaKit reported in May 2020 that he would join Calgary-based Benevity as chief technology officer on June 1, 2020, working from Toronto and leading a technology team of more than 200 people. His current role was not confirmed for this page.
