Yang Yu founded KitchenMate in Toronto, which put refrigerated meal-pods and a smart cooker into offices so staff could heat a fresh meal in minutes. He is now chief executive of Micromart, which runs 24/7 fresh-food micro-markets in workplaces, condos and hospitals. He studied computer science at the University of Toronto.
