About
Blair Health was founded in Toronto in 2024 to close the specialist gap in midlife women's health. Its platform runs menopause assessments, builds personalised treatment plans and connects patients to clinicians, extending into pelvic and metabolic care, and it sells to employers and health systems as well as directly. Co-founder and CEO Madge Rumman was previously head of product at PayBright and a VP at Cadre. She told the company's story from idea to iteration at TechTO Together in September 2025.
