About
Corl offered what it called capital as a service: it advanced money to companies with recurring revenue and product-market fit, then took a percentage of revenue until repayment, with no board seat and no equity. In 2018 it went a step further and built a security token that represented ownership in Corl itself, paying holders a quarterly share of profits — an argument its CEO brought to FintechTO that January, at the height of the utility-token boom. The company was later acquired by Napkin and corl.io now redirects there.
