About
As presented at TechTO's HealthTO in October 2018, Creatology's flagship product was a reproductive-health medtech device inserted like a tampon that used more than one data point to triangulate ovulation status, positioned as both a standalone and a connected device. The prototype originated as a concept in the Philippines, prompted by a national mandate for universal contraceptive access, and had been in development for several years in Toronto. The company was pre-market and early-stage at the time. Its website, creatology.ca, is still online but has not been updated since 2019.
Backers
No outside funding disclosed. Described on stage as an early-stage, pre-market startup in 2018; the founder took part in the Fierce Founders accelerator (a program, not an investor).
