About
Endor Health was started by two people who live with the problem: co-founder and chief executive Eli Moore, diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at thirty, and co-founder and chief technology officer Reza Hoque. Their argument is that the devices got far better while the way patients get them did not — a prescription here, a pharmacy there, a device supplier somewhere else, and a separate insurance claim for each. The company is explicit that it is not a pharmacy: it runs the web and mobile experience, and partner pharmacies dispense. Patients set supplies to arrive on a schedule, delivery is free across Canada, and insurance is billed directly rather than reimbursed after the fact. The company says more than 13,000 Canadians use it, and has announced a partnership with Omnipod for insulin pump access.

Quick answers
What does Endor Health do?
It gives Canadians with diabetes one place to order their devices, supplies and prescriptions — CGMs, pump supplies, insulin, GLP-1s — with free delivery and direct billing to insurance. Partner pharmacies dispense; Endor runs the software layer.
Who founded it?
Eli Moore, its chief executive, and Reza Hoque, its chief technology officer. Moore was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at thirty and says the way patients access care and supplies has not changed in decades.
Is Endor Health a pharmacy?
No — the company states this directly. It operates the app and the service around it, and partner pharmacies fill the prescriptions.
Who from Endor Health is in this directory?
Elijah Moore, its co-founder and CEO. His TechTO appearance in December 2016 was for Collage, the HR and benefits company he co-founded and sold to People Corporation in 2019.
