About

eTrove was founded in Vancouver in 2016 and built marketing automation for health practices — a branded mobile app a dental office, physiotherapy clinic, orthodontist or optometrist could put in patients' hands for appointment communication, loyalty rewards and referrals. Its pitch was closing the loop: most digital health tooling served the clinic's back office, and almost none of it served the relationship with the patient between visits. Jeanette Jackson was chief executive and took it to two stages in July 2017 — HealthTO in Toronto on closing the loop in digital health, and TechVancouver at home on innovation and success. She went on to lead Foresight Canada as CEO from 2018 to 2025 and is now national director of cleantech at RBCx.
