About

Finn AI started as Payso, a peer-to-peer payments app, and pivoted after a $5,000 contract with ATB Financial turned into a multi-year deal. Its conversational assistants handled more than 500 common banking queries for customers including Visa, BMO, EQ Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Glia acquired the company in June 2022 and kept the Vancouver office as a conversational AI centre.
