About

Finta does the bookkeeping, tax filing and financial reporting a startup would otherwise assemble from a bookkeeper, an accountant and a spreadsheet. Founder Andy Wang built it after leading finance functions at startups; he lived in Canada until 2023, when he moved to San Francisco to join Y Combinator and raise a seed round. He told a TechTO audience in March 2024 that he was "building an accounting software" — then spent the talk on how founders actually make decisions instead.
