Globalive is a Toronto investment platform and build studio whose principals — Anthony Lacavera, Brice Scheschuk and Simon Lockie — have built and operated companies together for more than 25 years. Its best-known venture, WIND Mobile, was sold to Shaw Communications for C$1.6 billion in 2016. During the 2022–2023 Rogers–Shaw merger, Globalive publicly bid to reacquire the former WIND business, then branded Freedom Mobile.
