HighFi

HighFi builds capital-markets software for lenders and credit funds. Its platform monitors borrowing bases, concentration limits, delinquencies and covenant triggers in real time, and generates the reporting a lender owes its capital partners — the warehouse-debt back office that fintech lending largely still runs on spreadsheets.

About

Fintech spent a decade rebuilding how loans are originated and left untouched the question of how lenders raise and manage the debt capital behind them. HighFi's own description of the problem is blunt: finance teams rely on Excel for complex workflows, which makes them expensive and error-prone. Its platform is aimed at that layer — real-time facility monitoring against borrowing base, concentration limits, delinquencies and covenant triggers; forecasting and advance-rate calculations; on-demand report generation and document sharing with capital partners; and continuous credit-agreement compliance monitoring. The company says it supports lenders managing billions in collateralised assets, and positions the platform as a route to a global network of capital partners rather than only an internal tool. Tanay Delima, who co-founded Clearbanc (now Clearco) in 2015 and ran product and global operations as it became a fintech unicorn, is co-founder and chief executive; the company's about page frames the product as the piece he watched go missing on the other side of a lending business.

Backers

HighFi's own about page names Jeremy Solomon — a partner at Nyca Partners and previously a finance leader at Affirm, LendingClub and SoFi — as a backer. No priced round, round size or investor list has been announced, so none is claimed here.
