About
The agency's pitch starts with an admission most CRM vendors avoid: "most CRM systems almost do what you want." JAM's business is the gap — the journey that was mapped but never built, the trigger that fires at the wrong moment, the data that never reached the campaign. It describes itself as "one of North America's largest independent CRM agencies" and works inside the client's existing stack rather than selling a replacement, connecting Salesforce, Adobe, Braze and others.
How it says it differs is unusually concrete for an agency: "We're tech-first in a marketing world" — thinking like engineers inside existing platforms — and "We build tools that eliminate the grind," proprietary software meant to remove manual work rather than bill more hours for it. Clients quoted on its own site include Bass Pro Shops Financial Services and Bell/Virgin.
The agency operates from 67 Mowat Ave in Toronto with 165 relationship-marketing staff across two countries, and remains JAM Direct Inc. legally. In 2026 it rebranded from JAM Direct to JAM CRM to make the specialism explicit, and appointed Andrea Cook — founder of the IPG data-and-CRM agencies FCB/SIX and Performance Art, and a TechTO MarketingTO speaker in 2019 — as CEO for North America.
Backers
