About
Kero Gaming — which also trades as Kero Sports — sells the plumbing rather than the app. Its platform prices live sporting events continuously as they unfold, manages the operator's exposure and market suspension automatically, and handles market creation, state and settlement end to end. The output is a stream of algorithmically curated micro-bets, roughly one every 15 to 45 seconds of live play, that sportsbooks, teams and broadcasters put in front of their own users.
The company's stated priority is uptime: "Reliability is not a feature — it is the product." Tomash Devenishek created Kero in 2020, weeks before the pandemic; he was born in Russia, raised in Israel and moved to Canada at 16. Caesars Sportsbook integrated Kero's technology in January 2025, and a $3M round led by SIG Sports Investments Corp followed in May.
Christopher Barnard — who founded Points in Toronto in 2000 and sold it to Plusgrade for US$385 million in 2022 — is an early investor and board member.
Backers
