About
Vinh Pham was a physiotherapist frustrated by an industry that only treats people after something breaks; Scott Marcaccio backed him and became co-founder and CEO. Myodetox opened in Toronto and grew without outside capital in its early years, expanding to Vancouver and then Los Angeles. Marcaccio brought its people principles to HealthTO in September 2017 — that a business is a vehicle for each employee's growth, that day-to-day decisions belong to the people doing the work, and that feedback dies unless leadership reports back on it.
