About
Outreach was founded in 2014 by Manny Medina, Wes Hather, Gordon Hempton and Andrew Kinzer, and sells software that structures how sales teams reach prospects — sequencing outreach, capturing what happens, and pushing the resulting signal into pipeline forecasting. Medina came to TechTO in July 2019 with a talk on scaling sales development. In June 2021 the company closed a US$200-million Series G co-led by Premji Invest and STEADFAST Capital Ventures at a valuation above US$4.4 billion, taking total funding to US$489 million. Medina stepped down as chief executive in 2024, a decade after founding the company, moving to executive chairman; Abhijit Mitra succeeded him. Medina has since co-founded Paid.
