About
Founded in Montreal in 2017 under the name Entr, Planned started as a marketplace connecting corporate event and procurement teams with venues and vendors, and grew into an end-to-end tool for planning meetings, booking travel and tracking spend against company policy. It survived the pandemic shutdown of corporate events, raised an $18-million Series A in 2022 and a $35-million Series B led by Drive Capital in July 2024, taking it to about $65 million. Co-founder Marc-Antoine Bonin presented the company's first 60 days at TechTO in February 2019, when it was still Entr.
Backers
Drive Capital led the Series B, with Outsiders Fund participating; about $65M raised in total
