About
Canadian private health coverage runs largely through employer benefit plans, and a digital-health product that does not fit how those plans buy tends not to reach patients. tc Health Consulting works both sides of that: advising health innovators on how to get adopted, and advising the employers and insurers deciding what to cover. Founder Tim Clarke, an actuary, presented at TechTO's HealthTO in February 2018 on what he had learned from both.
