About

A digital-asset treasury company holds tokens the way a mining company holds reserves, and the argument for TenX is that it does not only hold them: it runs the staking infrastructure those networks depend on, so the treasury is fed by operating revenue rather than by market timing alone. The company describes two revenue channels — running its own validators on high-throughput Layer 1 networks, and earning commission when outside token holders delegate their assets to those validators — with the proceeds flowing into the treasury it reports on a public dashboard. It concentrates on emerging networks rather than the largest ones, currently Solana, Sui, Sei, Bonk and Tezos. TenX went public through a transaction and financings that brought its total 2025 capital raised past C$33 million, with participation from Borderless Capital, HIVE Digital Technologies, Chorus One and DeFi Technologies, and started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker TNX on 10 December 2025. Chief executive Mat Cybula and his brother Filip previously founded Cryptiv, the enterprise crypto wallet company Coinsquare acquired in 2019; chief technology officer Geoff Byers was CTO of Tetra Trust. The company lists its office at 200 Bay Street in Toronto.

Backers

Its 2025 financings drew Borderless Capital, HIVE Digital Technologies, Chorus One and DeFi Technologies, which is also its advisory client relationship. As a TSXV-listed issuer its holdings are reported publicly rather than through a private cap table.
