About
Tyce calls itself the intelligence layer for the built world. Its platform takes the documents a construction company already holds, past bids, estimates, scopes and contracts, and puts them to work before a project starts: go or no-go decisions and proposals, estimating patterns, scope drafting and bid management, and contract risk. The company describes the technology as AI purpose-built for construction documents.
Co-founder and chief executive Lylia Djait-Paulien told TechTO in October 2026 that the first paid pilot came from a construction chief executive who began by saying his company was not tech-forward. She won it by showing how the platform handled projects the firm had already bid on, then sat with each of four pilot users while co-founder and chief technology officer Anuar Yeraliev fixed issues behind the scenes. Those users, she said, convinced the leadership of a company of more than a hundred people to roll it out.
Tyce launched on Product Hunt in May 2025 as a general AI agent for documents and narrowed to construction afterwards. It is part of Formwork Labs' 2026 Spring cohort.
Backers
