On the TechTO stage (Together Toronto, September 2025) CFO Darrell Cox said 70% of businesses still plan in Excel. The founding team previously built Vena Solutions (a unicorn). In February 2026 Una named Michael Morrison CEO and co-founder Clayton Ramnarine moved to chief revenue officer; Don Mal stayed on as executive chairman.
