About

Collins and Brunet started the company in 2012 as CrowdCare after HP bought their earlier firm, Mobile Diagnostix. On the TechTO stage in June 2018 Collins described the product as 'cognitive care': a full stack for banks, insurers and telcos to hand most B2C customer service to an AI within a few months, not just a chatbot. The company later focused on analytics that find gaps in what a virtual agent can answer; Calabrio, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, acquired it in January 2024 for an undisclosed sum. The wysdom.ai site no longer resolves.
