About

Karla Congson spent twenty-five years running digital transformation for large clients — Canada Post, CIBC, WPP, Invesco — and built Agentiiv on the gap she saw from that seat: enterprises were rebuilding their operations around AI while mid-market companies had no route to the same capability. The platform is a set of specialised agents that work across a company's connected data sources and produce client-ready output, with the governance layer that makes that usable inside a regulated business: single-tenant architecture, Canadian or US data residency, SOC 2 Type II certification, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, enforced PII redaction before processing, and zero-data-retention agreements with the model providers it calls. Named customers include the Arthritis Society of Canada, which reports a 20 to 30 per cent gain in strategic capacity, and Bruce Power. The company is a Vector Institute technology partner. Congson has said she built it without venture capital; she was named to the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards' Ones to Watch in 2025.
