About
Before writing any code, Mike Murchison and David Hariri convinced seven customer service teams to let them work as support agents for about a year. Ada started in 2016 out of the question of why businesses talk to their customers less the bigger they get. Murchison presented at TechTO in July 2017, when Ada was a year old, and returned for the Three Comma Club podcast in 2022. Ada has raised more than $200M.
