About

Allocadia was founded in Vancouver in 2010 by twin sisters Katherine Berry and Kristine Steuart to solve a problem large marketing organisations had been solving in spreadsheets: where the budget goes and what it returns. The company bootstrapped to $1 million in revenue before raising, eventually taking more than $30 million, and sold to enterprises including Unilever and Philips. Berry, its co-founder and chief product officer, took the TechVancouver stage in October 2019 alongside Panache Ventures' Patrick Lor and Certn's Andrew McLeod for a panel on what founders and investors owe each other. In 2022 Allocadia was acquired by Uptempo and merged with BrandMaker and Hive9; the Allocadia name was retired.
