About
The company's site describes a containerized, pay-as-you-grow design: self-contained 2 MW modules fed by a customer-owned 44 kV substation and a 2 MVA transformer, with direct-to-chip liquid cooling that uses the region's cold ambient air to reject heat. Named partners are MCW Group (consulting engineers and project management), The Hatch Company (modular enclosures and thermal systems) and Dell Technologies (hardware platform, e.g. PowerEdge R770xa). The roadmap marks a Q1 2026 feasibility and Hydro One filing phase as complete. Fuller pitched the project at TechTO's January 2026 community open mic as one of the first liquid-cooled AI infrastructure nodes in Northern Ontario, aiming at 50 kW rack density for Nvidia Blackwell hardware. On 2026-06-02 Muskoka Radio reported the company had decided not to proceed with the Armour Township facility, citing a review of required studies and public feedback including a petition with more than 1,000 signatures.
Backers
No funding is reported anywhere we could read; the company appears founder-led.
