About
The founders' observation was a knowledge gap: residential realtors were being sold technology they had neither the time nor the inclination to run. AvenueHQ's answer pairs simple online tools with live human support, so an agent's website, lead capture, advertising and newsletters are handled rather than merely provided. The company grew from 12 to 40 staff during 2017 alone — the period Rebecca Troelstra described on the TechVancouver stage, when they adopted quarterly OKRs published at company, department and individual level to keep a fast-growing team pointed the same way. It raised $4.5 million in 2019 for US expansion. Chris Troelstra is CEO; Rebecca Troelstra is COO.
