About

Brillion is a roll-up with a single product thesis: utilities are being asked to run more energy-efficiency, electrification and demand-side programs than their call centres and enrolment systems can absorb, and the fix is personalisation. Formed in 2024 out of Apogee Interactive, AIQUEOUS, energyOrbit and EnergyX Solutions, and backed by the growth-stage firm M33 Growth, it sells one application suite across the sequence — Engage turns inbound complaints into self-service, Educate matches a customer to programs they qualify for, Fulfill centralises program management and regulatory reporting, with a separate track for commercial and industrial accounts. EnergyX Solutions, the Ontario company co-founded by Nishaant Sangaavi that licensed energy-efficiency software to utilities including Enbridge, was acquired into it in February 2024; Sangaavi now runs strategic sales and partnerships at Brillion.
