About

Started in 2004 as an online audio-video furniture retailer, the company nearly collapsed when Google's 2010 Panda update wiped out its search traffic, then rebuilt as a diversified technology and logistics business. It now operates the Channel Gate platform, the Freight Club shipping network and the Home Square retail brand. Majority owner Markus Frind's Frind Holdings later took control, with Frind named permanent CEO.
