About
Ethọ́s Lab runs project-based after-school programs and in-school activations for youth roughly in grades 5 to 12, using culture as the way in to science, technology and design rather than treating the two as separate. Founder Anthonia Ogundele started it after a career in resilience and emergency planning, inspired by her teenage daughter, and described it on the TechTO People panel in July 2020 as "a space that is targeted for youth between the ages of 12 and 18". It runs an annual Blackathon and reports reaching more than 1,500 young people in a year.
