About
Founded in 2013 in Vancouver, IT Glue built IT documentation software for managed service providers — a single place to store the client passwords, network configurations and standard operating procedures an MSP technician needs mid-job. Kaseya acquired the company on 19 December 2018 and kept it operating as a standalone business unit out of Vancouver; founder and CEO Chris Day stepped down at the acquisition. Luis Giraldo, then an IT Glue executive, took the TechVancouver stage in August 2017 to walk through five lessons from the company's hyper-growth.
