About
LoungePair started, by its own account, with someone sharing lounge access with a stranger at Hong Kong International. The company sells single lounge passes at transparent prices in multiple currencies, delivered digitally as a QR and access code, with no membership, credit card tier or frequent-flyer status in the way — a network it says now runs past 1,400 lounges. The second half of the business is business-to-business: airlines, banks, loyalty programmes and travel brands use LoungePair's platform to offer lounge access to their own customers. In February 2026 it announced that Vietnam Airlines would run a co-branded service, Lotusmiles Lounges, on its technology, with members earning miles on eligible lounge purchases, and added Auckland Airport's Strata Lounge to the network. It named Tyler Dikman an advisor at the same time. Dikman co-founded LoungeBuddy, which American Express acquired in 2019, and was then AmEx's VP of global premium products and benefits. Daniel Kinnoch, previously managing editor at Point Hacks, is co-founder and chief executive; Todd Heslin, who built the Point Hacks platform, is co-founder and CTO.
