About
The design point is the approval step. Marvenn describes the product as AI that researches, writes and queues outbound so that a human approves with one click — pitched explicitly at booking more B2B meetings "without the AI slop or an SDR hire". That places it against two things at once: fully automated sequencing tools, whose volume is now its own deliverability and reputation problem, and the cost of a first sales-development hire, which is the point at which most early-stage companies stop doing outbound at all. Dan Theirl founded it. He co-founded Rubikloud in Toronto in 2013 with Kerry Liu and Frank Thomas and held the CTO, chief product officer and VP product partnerships roles in turn; Kinaxis acquired the retail AI company for US$60M in 2020. He then spent five years at Amazon Robotics as a senior technical program manager before starting Marvenn.

Quick answers
What is Marvenn?
An AI outbound platform for B2B sales. Its agents research a prospect, draft the message and queue it, and a person approves each one before it sends.
Why the approval step?
It is the product's whole positioning — booking meetings without either fully automated outbound or the cost of hiring a sales-development rep.
Who founded it?
Dan Theirl, in late 2025. He co-founded Rubikloud in Toronto in 2013, held the CTO, chief product officer and VP product partnerships roles there, and spent five years at Amazon Robotics after Kinaxis acquired Rubikloud for US$60M in 2020.
Who from Marvenn is in this directory?
Dan Theirl, its founder, who spoke at TechTO in December 2016 — then at Rubikloud, on personality and entrepreneurship.
