About
Mike Wood spent his career in dealerships and wrote the business plan three years before meeting Mehrsa Raeiszadeh at a car rally in 2019. They launched in 2020. Because the sale runs through a dealer, a seller can apply the vehicle as a trade-in and pay sales tax only on the difference. The company raised a $2.1M seed in 2021 and a $3M+ round in 2023.
